Unshipped orders: You can contact customer support to request modification or cancellation.

Shipped orders: Generally, modifications are not possible, but returns can be requested.

  1. How long does it take for my order to ship?

Order processing time: 1–3 business days. You will be notified of the tracking information via email after shipment.

  1. Which regions do you ship to?
