I. Return Request Conditions

You can request a return if you meet the following conditions:

You submit your request within 30 days of receiving the goods.

The goods are not severely used or damaged by human error.

The goods are in their original packaging and accessories are intact.

Provide your order number and relevant proof of purchase.

II. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

Assembled furniture that affects resale.

Problems caused by human error or improper use.

Orders exceeding the return request period.

Unauthorized returns.

III. Return Process

Provide order information and a description of the problem.

After customer service approval, a return address will be provided.

Return the goods as instructed.

The warehouse will process the refund after confirming receipt.

IV. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation of return. Return via original payment method. Actual arrival time may be slightly delayed due to bank or payment platform issues. Original shipping costs (if applicable) may not be refunded.

V. Shipping Costs Statement

Quality issues / Wrong item sent: Benchbloom.com will cover return shipping costs. Personal reasons (dislike/size mismatch): Buyer will cover return shipping costs.
